BAÜCER's CRACK PROTECT is a dimpled polyethylene sheet with a polypropylene nonwoven geotextile covering both sides. This structure absorbs adhesives quickly, ensuring exceptional bonding to the substrate below and the tiled floor above. The decoupling mat protects the finished floor surface by isolating it from the substrate, establishing optimal conditions for flawless floor installation. The membrane absorbs internal forces and stress from the substrate, allowing the flooring materials to move independently. Consequently, cracking and tiling detachment is prevented. The material is also elastic and highly impervious to the diffusion of water vapors.
